Würth IT and the Young Creative Minds Foundation have successfully completed an exciting cooperation project carried out by Würth IT's Young Talents. The aim of the project was to evaluate and select a new content management system (CMS) for the foundation's competition platform (https://kreativekoepfe.info/) in order to ensure a modern, user-friendly and future-proof digital presence.

The "Creative Minds" inventor competition, initiated annually by local companies and municipal (educational) institutions, takes place both in the Main-Tauber district and nationwide. The competition platform helps the participating pupils to submit their creative ideas and projects and networks all the partners involved. The foundation's previous platform increasingly encountered technical challenges and limitations, which is why a redesign became necessary.

The Würth IT Young Talents project team, consisting of Antonio Kadoic, Benjamin Holderle, Malte Hessenthaler, Noura Bouhra, Pascal Herdel and Victoria Michel, carried out a comprehensive analysis of the current website, examined various CMS options on the market and finally presented well-founded recommendations for a new system. The focus was on the user-friendliness, security and scalability of the systems, as well as a detailed cost analysis for implementation and long-term operation.

Comments on the cooperation project

Dr. Anna-Katharina Wittenstein, Chairwoman of the Young Creative Minds Foundation, expressed her enthusiasm: "The collaboration with Würth IT and in particular the work of the Young Talents made a deep impression on us. Their thorough analysis and the proposed solutions provide an excellent basis for making our competition platform future-proof and user-friendly. We are delighted with their commitment and creative approach."

Christian Berndt, Managing Director of Würth IT, also praised the team's performance: "This project impressively demonstrates how our young talents can develop innovative solutions and create real added value for our partners. The successful evaluation and the concrete recommendations for action are proof of the high level of expertise and commitment of our young talents."

Sabrina Christof, HR Officer Young Talents, emphasized the importance of such projects for the development of junior staff: "I am very proud of our team. They have shown how important practical experience and real projects are for the development of our talents. This project was not only a great learning experience, but also a valuable contribution to supporting the Young Creative Minds Foundation."

The detailed analysis and the final recommendations of the Young Talents lay the foundation for the implementation of a new, powerful CMS that meets the requirements of the Foundation and the needs of the Young Creative Minds. The Foundation and Würth IT are looking forward to the next steps and the successful implementation of the proposed measures.
