Würth IT has been growing steadily since it was founded ten years ago. As the Würth Group's global IT service provider, the aim is to provide all Würth companies worldwide with the necessary integrated and innovative IT solutions and services. This growth and the associated internationalization is an important pillar of career and development opportunities - more employees require more managers, new topics and areas of responsibility require more specialists and more internationalization requires more matrix managers.
Advancing your career with a specialist and management career path
All employees are invited to regularly review their professional and personal development. Professional development goals are defined in close consultation with managers and measures are derived to achieve these goals (e.g. creating learning opportunities in everyday working life, attending further training courses). The further development of employees goes hand in hand with the corresponding assumption of professional responsibility and the achievement of career steps in the specialist career path.
If employees show great interest and potential in dealing with and developing colleagues, the path can branch off in the direction of a management career. Success through social listening: Würth IT is one of the top five IT service providers in the ranking
The "Top Career Opportunities" award pays particular attention to sustainable employee development, whereby social listening is used to scan for predefined, relevant terms. Social listening, or social media monitoring, searches social media for relevant information and evaluates it. Particular attention is paid to career opportunities, corporate culture and working atmosphere. For the award, around 16,000 companies in Germany were examined and how the companies are discussed online with regard to career opportunities. After evaluating these criteria, Würth IT achieved fifth place among all IT service providers.

The "Top Career Opportunities" study was carried out by the IMWF (Institute for Management and Economic Research) on behalf of Focus Money and Deutschland Test. This award highlights companies that not only offer jobs, but also create real career opportunities. Out of the roughly 16,000 companies, the seal is given to 1,150 companies.
