Information on applicant data protection

Application at Würth IT GmbH

Würth IT GmbH collects and processes personal data provided by job applicants during the application process in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, i.e. § 26 BDSG. We process the data you provided as part of your application exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the application process. We do not process your data for any other purposes.

The personal data sent in connection with your application will be transferred to our HR department. Moreover, applications are regularly forwarded to the responsible heads of the respective departments in our company.

If you would like us to delete the data transferred as part of your application, please let us know by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@wuerth-it.com.

If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted 4 months after our notification to you.

Extended storage of application documents

If you would like to allow Würth IT GmbH to store your data to be considered for further job advertisements that match your qualifications, you can give us your consent for this. If you do so we will process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO). If you give your consent your application documents will be stored for a period of one year. You can revoke your consent at any time. If you wish to do so please contact datenschutz@wuerth-it.com.

After one year, data stored for this purpose will be deleted.
