Industry winner: Würth IT is the best employer among the IT service providers

Award for it service provider of the Würth Group

The market research institute ServiceValue and DEUTSCHLAND test awarded Würth IT the “employer of the year” award in their survey. Out of a total of 13,000 companies surveyed, Würth IT has proven to be the best IT service provider.

Full score for full employee satisfaction

The study “employer of the year” evaluates 13,000 companies with regard to their respectful corporate culture, the use of hybrid work models, the living work-life balance as well as their training and development opportunities. In the employer ranking, Würth IT succeeded in convincing with the full score of 100 and is the industry winner in the segment of IT service providers.

Around 13,000 companies were examined for the “employer of the year” study. Based on this general evaluation, the results of four studies, which were determined by social media monitoring in 2024, are used. These were: “Germany’s best training companies”, “top career opportunities”, “Germany’s best jobs with the future” and “work-life balance in companies”.
