Prerequisites for the use of Prudsys in Inxmail are on one hand the Prudsys Newsletter Module, with which you need to add to your Prudsys, and on the other hand you need the customer-specific hash in Inxmail so that Inxmail can retrieve the personal product suggestions from Prudsys for each customer.
